Cruach Lodge, About Us

Cruach Lodge, Self-Catering Accommodation in Crianlarich

Cruach lodge is a purpose built 3 bedroom detached holiday lodge. Built originally in 1997, the late Walter Anderson and his team of skilled tradesmen used locally sourced pine to complete the timber frame construction. The lodge has been insulated to the highest standards with oil fired central heating and hot water to keep you cosy on even the coldest of winter's days.

Since 1997 the lodge has been constantly moving with the times with the addition of free WiFi and satellite television among other luxuries.

Cruach Lodge is a family run business with Walter's wife Mary Anderson doing most of the work. Friendly house keeper Corrine keeps the lodge's cleanliness to an exceptionally high standard while Mary's grandson Andrew looks after the online side of things as well as any lodge maintenance that is required.

Cruach Lodge is situated in the small village of Crianlarich which lies in the heart of Scotland. Although the area is now known as Stirling Council, it was originally known, and is still referred to locally, as Perthshire.

Whether it be an action packed get away or a relaxing break, Cruach Lodge can offer both and much, much more.

Our central location makes it the perfect base for your holiday in Scotland with the outdoor capital of the UK Fort William in the north and the picturesque seaside town of Oban in the west. Not forgetting the historic southern city of Stirling all within an hours drive of Cruach Lodge.
